At Happyep, we stand behind the quality of our cleaning tools and household essentials. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return guidelines below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 60 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Items that show signs of heavy use, damage caused by misuse, or missing parts may not be eligible for refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective:
Used cleaning heads or disposable refill items
Opened hygiene products
Clearance or final sale items
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Happyep will cover return shipping.
For standard returns, return shipping costs may apply. We will provide the correct return address and instructions before you send anything back. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
